If you want to show off your pool skills for the chance to win $75 cash or a $25 Macca voucher, we hold a pool comp every Tuesday for an entry fee of $3. Live music is also on every Thursday night and there is a DJ every weekend in the two party rooms. The Macca will also meet all your food and beverage expectations with lunch specials every day and happy hour Monday – Friday.

Werrikimbe National Park

If you’re an adventure and nature lover, be sure to take a short drive to the Werrikimbe National Park while you’re in Port Macquarie. This park is lucky enough to feature one of the only rainforests in the world that are protected by the World Heritage Centre. Bring your cameras because there is plenty of beautiful wildlife to see. You can also camp in one of three campgrounds within the park, or take a 4WD tour through the rainforest.

Glasshouse Regional Gallery

The Glasshouse is an icon in Port Macquarie, and a must see for all art and culture enthusiasts. This gallery is home to artworks by many talented local artists, unique historical artifacts, experimental art and features unique and constantly changing exhibitions. Please note that the gallery is closed Mondays and is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.

Port Macquarie Historic Courthouse

If you’re after a taste of history put this place on your itinerary! The Port Macquarie Historic Courthouse was built in 1896 and was designed by James Barnet – one of Australia’s top architects. This piece of history served the community for 117 years and to this day is the only remaining Government building in Port Macquarie from the last century.
